A Tracking Number will be provided to you via email, and can also be found under your Order History.
Please Note: We are not responsible for any Return to Sender shipments due to incorrect shipping address and/or failure to pick up the package from your local Postal Facility. Should the order be returned to us, we will refund the value of the contents minus a 20% restocking fee - the shipping fee is not refundable. Should you require to have the order reshipped, an additional $8 shipping fee will apply - no exceptions.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & LOST ORDERS
We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot by marked as a “gift” or with altered prices. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be amended or cancelled if it has not been processed yet. Once the order has been processed, no further changes can be made.
DAMAGED AND/OR MISSING ITEMS
Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 10 business days (from the date of receipt) to qualify for a replacement. Replacements or compensation will not be provided after 10 business days.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Products: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. All products are final sale.
Courses: Students are granted instant access to the course content upon purchasing. As a result, all courses are final sale.
